SEO Services Built on Process, Not Promises
Search visibility is earned through technical fixes, local signals, and content that answers real questions. We do the work in your own accounts, report from your own Search Console data, and show you every change we make.
A stylized results page — because this is the neighborhood we work in. No, we can't promise you this spot. Nobody can.
What honest SEO looks like
Most small businesses have already paid an SEO agency once. The promise was page one; the delivery was a monthly PDF nobody could act on. We approach SEO services for small business owners differently. Every change we make is visible in your own accounts, the reporting comes from your own Search Console data, and you can see exactly what was done and why.
The work itself is unglamorous and it compounds. We fix the technical problems holding your site back, clean up your Google Business Profile and local listings, and publish pages that answer the questions your customers actually type. Our senior team handles it in-house, with one point of contact in US business hours. You own every account, tool, and page we touch.

-
Illustrative preview — sample interface, not client data.
Technical SEO & Site Audits
We audit your site the way a search engine crawls it: speed, indexing, structure, broken links, duplicate pages, and mobile issues. Then we fix what we find, in priority order. You get the full list, including the problems we decided were not worth your money.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile
For businesses that serve a city or a service area, local visibility is the whole game. We optimize your Google Business Profile, fix inconsistent name, address, and phone data across directories, build location pages, and set up a review process your team can keep running.

Content Strategy & On-Page SEO
We research what your customers actually search for, then plan and write pages that answer those queries better than the results above you. Titles, headings, internal links, and schema markup all get handled. Every page has a job: rank for something specific and convert the reader.

SEO Reporting & Analytics
Reporting comes from your own Google Search Console and Analytics accounts, not a dashboard we control. You see impressions, clicks, rankings, and conversions, plus a plain-English note on what changed and what we are doing next month. Monthly call included.
How the work actually runs

Honest answers — including the ones about price.
How much do SEO services cost for a small business?
Scope drives price. In the US market, most small-business SEO retainers run $750 to $3,000 per month, and the majority land between $1,000 and $2,000. A one-time technical audit with a fix plan usually runs $1,500 to $5,000. Be careful with $99-per-month offers that promise guaranteed rankings; at that price nobody is doing real technical work or writing real content. We quote a fixed monthly scope after reviewing your site.
Can you guarantee a #1 ranking on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. Google's own guidelines say to be wary of any SEO who guarantees a ranking, because nobody outside Google controls the algorithm. What we do put in writing: the deliverables, the schedule, visibility into every change we make, and the fact that your accounts and content stay yours. Rankings are the outcome we work toward, not a promise we sell.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Expect three to six months before you see measurable movement, and six to twelve before results start compounding. Three things drive that timeline: the health of your site when we start, how competitive your market is, and how quickly we can publish new pages. Sites with serious technical problems often see early gains sooner, because fixing what blocks crawling helps immediately.
What is included in a monthly SEO retainer?
A typical monthly retainer covers technical monitoring and fixes, on-page optimization of existing pages, content briefs and a set number of new or rewritten pages, Google Business Profile and local listing management, and internal linking work. You also get a monthly report built from your own Search Console and Analytics data, plus a call to walk through it. We agree on the exact page count and priorities up front.
Should we invest in SEO or paid ads first?
It depends on how soon you need leads. Paid ads turn on this week and stop the day you stop paying. SEO takes months but keeps working after the spend ends. If you need pipeline now, start with ads through our digital marketing service and run SEO alongside it, then shift budget toward SEO as organic traffic builds. Businesses with more time and a competitive niche often lead with SEO instead.
