Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing That Accounts for Every Dollar

Tracking goes in before the budget does. We run paid ads, email, and social for US small businesses, then report spend, leads, and cost per lead in plain English. Budget moves to what works, and underperformers get paused.

Stage 01 Awareness

Campaign brief Objective: growth without waste

Marketing that reports to a number

Most marketing budgets get spent before anyone decides what success looks like. We do it the other way around. Our digital marketing services for small business owners start with conversion tracking: forms, calls, and purchases wired to your ad accounts and analytics before the first dollar goes out. Once the plumbing is right, every click has a job, and you can see which ones did it.

From there the work is disciplined and public. Tests run where you can see them, budget moves toward the campaigns producing leads, and campaigns that don't earn their keep get paused rather than explained away. Your monthly report is three numbers in plain English: spend, leads, cost per lead. Management fee and ad spend are always listed separately, and we never mark up what you pay Google or Meta.

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

Search and social campaigns built around active demand, not impressions. We handle keyword research, audiences, ad copy, and landing page fit, then read the numbers weekly. Winning campaigns get more budget. Losers get paused. Ad spend goes straight to the platform, never through us.

Email Marketing & Automation

Your existing list is the cheapest revenue you have. We build welcome sequences, abandoned-cart flows, win-back campaigns, and a newsletter people open, on platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Everything is segmented and tested, so open and click rates come from evidence rather than habit.

Social Media Management

Consistent posting on the two or three platforms your customers actually use, instead of thin coverage everywhere. We plan the calendar, write and design the posts, handle community replies, and run paid amplification where it earns attention. You approve the plan; we keep it moving.

Analytics & Conversion Tracking

This goes in first. We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform conversion tracking so forms, calls, and sales are attributed to the campaign that produced them. Then we build a dashboard you can read without a marketing degree: spend, leads, cost per lead.

Stage 03 Cadence

How a campaign runs, week by week

Free consultation, written scope, tracking first, then a monthly report you can read in a minute. Four overlapping phases, not four tidy boxes.

  1. Plan the funnel

We agree on the goal, pick the channels worth funding, and wire tracking before anything launches.

    Weeks 1–2

  2. Launch & track

Campaigns go live with conversions firing. By week one you see spend sitting next to real leads.

    Weeks 2–4

  3. Test & optimize

Audiences, ad copy, and landing pages get tested in the open. Losers get paused, not explained away.

    Weeks 3–7

  4. Report & scale

One plain-English report each month: spend, leads, cost per lead. Budget follows what actually works.

    Weeks 5–8+

Illustrative schedule — real timelines depend on your channels, budget, and how fast approvals come back.

Stage 06 Objections

Before you spend a dollar

Honest answers — including the ones about price and the ones about limits.

DM-01 How much does digital marketing management cost per month?

Scope drives price. In the US market, monthly management for a small business typically runs $500 to $3,000, depending on how many channels you run and how much content and creative work is involved. At larger budgets, a fee of 10 to 20 percent of ad spend is more common. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google or Meta. We never mark it up.

DM-02 How much should a small business budget for ad spend?

Most small businesses start somewhere between $1,000 and $5,000 per month. The floor matters more than the ceiling: each platform needs enough conversions to exit its learning phase, and below that you are paying for data you cannot act on. If your budget is too small for a channel to work, we will say so up front instead of taking the management fee anyway.

DM-03 How quickly will paid ads produce leads?

Clicks start on day one. An efficient cost per lead usually takes four to twelve weeks, because the first month is spent testing audiences, keywords, ad copy, and landing pages, then cutting what loses. Email and organic social compound more slowly; expect a few months before they carry real weight. We report from week one so you can see the trend, not just the outcome.

DM-04 Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or ROI?

No. Anyone guaranteeing leads or a return is guessing with your money, because results depend on your market, your offer, and your competition. Here is what we do commit to: every dollar tracked to an outcome, tests run in the open where you can see them, a monthly report showing spend, leads, and cost per lead, and a straight recommendation to stop when a channel is not working.

DM-05 Which digital marketing channels should we start with?

Start where your customers already look. If people search for what you sell, Google Ads captures demand that already exists. For B2B, LinkedIn usually beats broad social. If customers buy more than once, email is the cheapest revenue on the list. One or two channels done properly beats five done thin. Paid ads buy attention now; our SEO services build the traffic that compounds later, and the two work well together once tracking is in place.
